Sandy Berger stopped the 1999 Milennium LAX Al Qaida bombing with vigilance. When he got a warning he noticed all departments and Customs picked up the terrorist at the Canadian border. When Bush-Rice got the 8-6-01 warning, they did absolutely nothing. Big difference.

Rice was thre worst security advisor in history (the above proves it) and Bush actually promoted her instead of firing her.

Berger swiping a few copies from a library is no big deal. They were copies and he was just being lazy. He was punished. It was a small infraction. But he was a hero stopping that LAX bombing, so give him credit.
