Hans, Doug, tx. Because I hadn't heard different so far I had to presume Intel was still going ahead with high-k and metal gates for 45nm. This improves AMD's long term outlook quite a bit (at least in my perception).

Turns out they are using high-K and metal gates at 45nm.
