Yes, I believe the negatives outweigh the positives in permitting that many illegals to become citizens. The vast majority of them are impoverished and will need many social services. One in 20 workers in the U.S. is currently an illegal. The Senate bill states the 13M already within the U.S. should be allowed to bring their extended families from Mexico(elderly parents) as well. We are being constantly warned that Soc Sec & Medicare cannot be funded in the future--how will the system care for these additional seniors? What about life-long U.S. citizens? Will their Soc Sec & Medicare be curtailed as a result of the influx of elderly illegals overwhelming the system?
