MM, GW's plan is the same as the Senate--not strong enough on border security and an insistance on a simultaneous guest worker program. Citizens want to see the border secured before discussing any almost amnesty/guestworker. It's up to the House to insist the Senate focus more on border security and less on their touchy/feely "comprehensive" immigration reform. I'm convinced U.S. Senators represent Mexican illegals far better than their American constituents. Can you say corporation re-election campaign contributions?? The senators are bought & paid for by special interests, who don't want their slave wage labor dependency cut off cold turkey.
