9-11 happened on Bush's watch and Bush let Osama go for some reason at Tora Bora. Never explained why. Clinton fired 150 Cruise missiles at Osama when he only had two embassy bombings to his credit and the rightwing accused him of trying to change the subject from their bogus investigation into his sex life. Rightwingers also accused Clinton of hitting an "aspirin factory". Several of the Cruise missiles almost got Osama. After that CLinton organized a hit team to sneak in from Pakistan to kill Osama, but when Bush came into power, he disbanded Clinton's entire counter-terrorism force. Everything. And didn't replace it with anything either. Later on, the rightwing tried to cover this up by invented a lie that Clinton had been offered Osama by the Sudan and turned him down. That was a total fabrication. Just like the fabrivcation Clinton "raped" a woman who had previously sworn under oath that Clinton never had physical contact with her in their lives. Also, I daresay that if Clinton had received the 8-6 warning he and Richard Clarke and Sandy Berger would have done something about it fast, like they did when they got the 1999 warning and twarted the LAX bombing. Bush literally did nothing about terrorism until after 9-11. Nothing. Not a thing. Never even mentioned the word.
