It all depends on what one owns.
Many different charts out there at different places.
Some look good to buy and some don't.
The $HUI is ruled by stocks that ran too far too fast. That is not true of all PMs

Looking at $silver it looks like the recent high could have been a 'b' and this is a 'c' down.
