I find this following statement you make about Ameritrade highly ironic, "All the Correspondence I've had with Ameritrade is by people with no last names....how ironic. Very Cloak-and-Dagger if you ask me. I really do not know why this is an acceptable business practice in this highly regulated industry. LOL!! How do you justify not making the same statements about PLNI? Do you think PLNI is more reputable than Ameritrade? Total nonsense.

worksinjammies.... The difference between this board and the BULLS board is very clear.. Here we are open to debate and we don't personally attack the poster when we don't agree to their opinion. We will however defend our opinion when blatantly attacked! On the BULL_oney board when you don't agree with the posters opinion you violently threaten and personally attack plus name call. Instead of addressing the issue being debated. I would be happy to discuss PLNI with you but when you come and attack me I am not interested in a Debate. As far as TD-Ameritrade, I think you are very wrong in your assessment that they are shorting a non marginable stock and committing a felony and fraud by doing so... I feel that by reporting TD-Ameritrade to the SEC will totally backfire and bring the light from the SEC on PLNI where it belongs. Good luck, shorts
