Over 8 years of the Clintons we got used to presidents who couldn't wipe their ass without checking with a "pollster". The advent of a LEADER-George Bush-will keep the conservative movement from political suicide by stopping their developing race war with the emergent Hispanic middle class. They have abandoned EVERYTHING (including dynamic economics, based on a lame-brained argument I heard today) for their foaming-at-the-mouth hatred of the new Americans. But the fact that they are not led by a bovine-eyed Clinton type, with a propagandist like Carville pumping the line all the time, gives them hope of survival despite themselves. Certain conservatives can go join Pat Buchannan in his self-imposed oblivion of ignorance, chanting "They broke the law. They broke the law", until they dry up and die. The rest of us will carry on the fight against the anti-American Marxist-Leninist domestic enemy (the only real PURPOSE of the conservative movement), with the new Americans at our side...
