The Patriot Act doesn't allow wireless domestic wiretapping and spying, does it? I thnk you have to be a terrorist suspect, and then they still need the FISA warrant, at least within 72 hours, which congress has offered to extend. But Bush-Cheney are ignoring warrants altogether because they don't want anyone to know who they are spying on, because very likely they are spying on anyone they see as a danger to them politically, which makes this a high-tech dictatorship in the making. Congress has also failed to oversee the executive branch, though Arlen Specter is trying to start. Fortunately the voters have woken up and not even Diebold will save them next election.
