That appears to be the common theme these days in bubble markets, almost all of which have slowed down dramatically with rising inventory and now a decline in prices if you are serious about selling. Now a question of when homeowner distress finally picks up once the inability to continue tapping credit to fund lifestyle and cash flow becomes a serious issue.. Could it come in waves over a period of years like in the heartland or will we get a sudden avalanche within 2-3 quarters?
