I guess rather than either admit anything or fight out a losing cause you just change the subject. Responding to your subject - You are not correct. Our military is not decimated either in the classical meaning of the term (one in 10 killed) or in the more modern usage ("to bring to ruin or desolation by violent action" or "to reduce to chaos, disorder, or helplessness"), and neither is the CIA. In fact military deaths under Bush have not been very different than military deaths under a number of peacetime presidents.
