Whoever authorized the shut off for one penny is a dumbass of monumental proportions. Any rational human would have grabbed a penny from their pocket not shut the power off. Unreal.

That's insane. It's got to be an automatic shut off if there's an over due balance. Their parameters are in need of adjustment if this is the case.
