Military justice...swift it is. Just? That's for history to decide.

Congress declared war on Germany, and these guys were admitted saboteurs, one of them even turned himself in to the FBI.

When you have a war in which 30,000 people die every day, the stakes are high. Personally I'm glad they caught them, but having them executed served no purpose. Didn't the Supreme court look at the case, but the executions took place before the court could rule.

Tragic indeed. WWII was tragic.

In that case I think that FDR was wrong. But FDR was a man of character, where as Bush is a weasel.

When Congress declared war on the Axis Powers, FDR's 4 sons went to the battle front. Yes the stakes were high in WWII.

When Bush invaded Iraq, some 26 members of the Bush family were eligible to serve...how many of them went to Iraq? Zero.
