More like: Sly like a fox.

They will:

1.Keep exercising options and selling shares into the market
2.Borrow more money to buy back shares to support (1) above
3.Ride these companies into BK much like the IPP sector 2-3 years ago
4.Are no doubt implementing exit strategies for top management well in advance of BK(need 6 months cushion to avoid any appearance of impropriety prior to filing BK). refer to Marce Fuller's $17,000,000 annuity package for MIR mngt put in place about 7 months prior to BK. All the while she was telling shareholders everything was OK she had already set up a cash in strategy for herself "just in case". Mngt still manages to award themselves performance bonuses during Bk so all is not lost. they will every last dime from the assets. True believers will hang on even during BK.
