Those are strong arguments, but they all play into the 1947 Official Secrets Act under Harry Truman. That Act effectively took a large portion of government (much larger today) and made it invisible to the American people. Thus we no longer have control or any real oversight on a significant part of our government. Since 1947 trillions have gone down the black hole of this invisible government. Not even Representatives and Senators know just what the money is being spent on. You cannot have a Constitutional Republic survive under that arrangement. And guess what? It hasn't survived.
