We've done this before and it didn't work. We just got more illegal immigrants here! and defeating terrorism. We've had terrorism forever. So are we in a war with no end? Nice excuse to trash the Constitution. And they're busily doing just that. A "War on Terror" never ends because terror never ends. One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.
