I suppose that was the reason for CSFB increasing AMAT's EPS;
BRKS and LRCX both stated that customers stage expansion plans in 5 -10 k wafers rather placing one order for 20 +++ k wafer fab; consequently the peak gets blurry and far less pronounced compared to the past.
It seems pretty straight forward to me but the analyst community seems to have problem with it.
