No idea. Maybe the stock from the PIPE is being sold. Don't forget there is about 16.4m common issuable on conversion of the preferred at $2.50/sh. That adds some market cap. At least sgen is finally maybe sort of turning the corner on creating value; though they still need more financial discipline and management doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in me at least. They've had some responses with that one...is it anti-cd30? And something interesting is maybe entering the clinic later this year if I recall??
