Oh please. Russia was our ally in WWII. You rightwingers never stop, do you? McCarthy was an evil A-hole plague on America. Get it? It's not worth arguing about. Everyone knows what a sadistic liar and lunatic he was. And the communist part in the 30's was the opposite of something totalitarian. It vwas a populist movement by the downtrodden working class and for them after The Great Depression nearly wiped them out. And that Great depression was caused by greedy super rich people, not the workingclass.
