It's not. And I'm nearly 100% certain it isn't on iHub, either.

However, the ability to block images is only a few items down on this branch of the to-do list. Unfortunately, it's a really big item because I'm completely unhappy with how I wrote the user-config subsystem here and need to make it work like it does on iHub.
