Actually I, like most color-blind people (which is a huge percentage of all men, to at least a small degree) can see blue and most of its shades just fine.

So if a yawn includes the color blue, I make a leap of faith and decide it's covering an awful lot of the spectrum.

As a Missourian, I should know better, though. Since all I see in said yawn is blue and varying shades of brown, I shouldn't actually call it technicolor since I don't see the reds, greens, and yellows.
