Kennedy's military advisors in Vietnam were very successful.

For the size of the operation they might have had some relative level of success but they where not very successful. American involvement expanded because the government the advisers where supporting couldn't handle the escalation of the war from the north.

In any case your changing the subject again. The point is that Kennedy did escalate the war. LBJ escalated it a lot more but that fact doesn't change what Kennedy did. I'm not attacking Kennedy for doing so, only disagreeing with your assertion that he did not such thing.
