Pretty positive sign, actually. Look at those prices. Sorta like a poor down trodden hispanic friend of mine(with possible doubtful legal status in his family....and no, I'm not interested in informing on any of them)....but back to the story....They just sold a piece of property for just short of a million dollars that I would not have given 60k for 15 years ago.

Time to smell a few roses instead of whatever you guys have your noses in.
