So, to sum up... you are saying that you are opposed to the 'amnesty' ('earned legalization') provision of the President's plan. (Because, whether we give amnesty to those illegals who are already here, is not the same issue as whether we build fences or not.) Are you ALSO opposed to his proposal to MORE THEN DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF LEGAL IMMIGRATION (& to shift our existing immigration law away from it's long-standing preference for the highly educated, the wealthy, and those with valuable commercial skills...)?
