Nope. I'm in favor of America getting its own act together and then seeing what it can do to help the world. I'm not in favor of America getting its own act together by supporting dictatorial governments in order to rape the resources from those nations where dictators reign. This kind of policy, which has largely prevailed over the past century, served only to enrich a few Americans and presented our country with a false image to the rest of the world.
