If Kenneth Starr and his rabid pack of right wingers in Congress stuck to Whitewater instead of involving themselves in the Paula Jones a civil suit (a suit that was eventually summarily dismissed as groundless) and digging into the President's private life, you could have explained blowjobs to your kids on your own terms and timetable.
