Intel will have to dump a lot of low end chips at clearance prices. Which will impact AMD low end. There is a natural opportunity for AMD if they can shift production to opterons and reduce semprons. If AMD can make the supply, they'll have a good shot at increasing server share during q2 and q3. But I don't know how feasible it is to shift the mix.
