Okay, here is the answer: "When companies are removed due to the rule about 5 days suspension, they are eligible to come back in the next review - which will be at the end of June, 2006 (effective date July 24th). " So looks like CKG will be back on TSX July 24th, unless the situation is complicated by the AAU merger.
