Wrong. The core will see a shrink TO!!! around 55-60% - of
course, but L2 will shrink by around 200% - so the space
which will be needed for 512kb/1MB L2 will be around 33% in
65nm compared to 90nm. Keep in mind, that the L2 area is
HUGE at AMD at 90nm, so a "normal" shrink would end up at
around 45% of the old size.
