Haven't you asked this before? Someone did, I'm sure. Server benchmarks are more difficult & expensive to run, and I'm sure server samples are more tightly controlled. I believe that 3GHz Woodcrest is expected to approach 3000 in SpecInt, and there is other stuff that can be figured out based on Intel slides & presentations. And of course, it is the same core as Conroe & Merom, perhaps with some difference prefetcher tunings, etc. You'll know a lot more next month, presumably starting at Computex on June 6, but if not then, on June 19, at the launch.
