<MRK estimates of Cerical Cancer - 9,000 in the USA yet almost 300,000 worldwide>

The Merck U.S. number for Invasive CC looks a little low but looks like others numbers that I have seen. This is the first time I have seen a number for worldwide. But if you ballpark 300M for U.S. population and 6.5B for world, using 9.7k in U.S., you would get about 200k for worldwide. I have seen numbers of 15k for USA so that would basically bridge the difference.

But there must be some delta due to testing differences USA vs. ex-USA because Invasive Cervical Cancer is the "end" if you don't catch it earlier.

How about some MEDI? :)
