exactly. it was and is seen as highly unpatriotic and out of the range of nearly all Americans paradigm to imagine that their governement is capable of misleading them on so serious a matter.
How many Americans know today of the Gulf of Tonkin ? How many of Pearl Harbor?

I sure don't, but you can sure be that just about anyone who DOES, DID. I remember some specialist being on TV saying it was going to fall before it did if I remember right. And I disagree that there is any serious doubt, but we all have our opinions.

BTW... wouldn't you think some terrorists would be jumping forward to tell the REAL story?? Or do folks think there were none... these were CIA agents or something in the airplanes??
