Cage Rattler... I don't remember you ever posting on any thread on SI... however, when I check your profile u have been around for a lot longer then most of us.

So I'm assuming that know CC's work & if you subscribe to his newsletter you would never post the post that you just posted...

You would of made so much money off of CC that you would never, ever besmirch him like you just did.

I can think of many POS Gold/Silver stocks that failed in this current speculative run up.

Perhaps you haven't noticed that the spec's with the huge $ have moved in & will easily move out

FWIW only

- I know you have followed this puppy for some time now, as have I, but let me ask you how does one explain CKG's noteworthy weakness during the recent gold-miner run up?

Two reasons I can see.

1) lack of (positive) news
2) sellers moving to AAU to obtain warrants and rights

- I strongly suggest the get off their asses and post materials that are of obvious concern to equity holders.

CKG will report news when something materials need to be reported. Unlike too many other miners, they do not report news that do not change anything to the big picture.

-Ultimately the failure to file in December is CEO's responsibility

I agree. The Annual Report should have been filed before the end of April dead line.

- and attests to his inattentiveness or worse.

I don't know the exact sequence of events that lead to this problem, so I can't comment. Maybe there was nothing he could do.
