Not getting FISA warrants is illegal. Bush admitted avoiding the FISA courts. He know3s damn well it's illegal but he doesn't give a damn.

Bush has arrogantly taken the position that he can break any laws he wants if he decides it's in the best interests of himself or the country. Balderdash! That is a clear and obvious abuse of power. He has no right whatsoever to spy on We The People without warrants.
