Why do you hold VTSS? I would have thought that an AIMmer like you would look for another vehicle to trade, as there are so many quality companies to choose from. VTSS was very good to you, if I remember correctly, and now they have really fallen on a hand grenade, imo.

Respectfully, isn't it time to move on until VTSS emerges from the clouds?

Btw where is there ? Like how do you park your cash ?
Not to long ago I started using paypals money market
to stash ready cash ( now paying 4.72% ).
More recently I also set up a TreasuryDirect account tied
to the same checking account, and bought some 13 week T-Bills
with about 20% of my cash ( got them at 4.86% yrly discount
rate )
