There were still those crazy Mormons in Waco. Someone had to do something about them. I don't think killing them all was necessary, but that was Bubba, Hillary and Reno's call. Reno had to denude the ethics section of the AG's office to keep the Clintons out of trouble, but it was important to here to put guns to the heads of Ellian's relatives and kill the whackos in Waco. If David Koresh had had more time, maybe he could have drawn in Al and all of his minions.
