Even if we assume that Jones claims where false (and I don't), hell even if we assume they where bought and paid for, it changes nothing. Clinton did perjure himself, and his own law created the necessary condition. If Jones also perjured herself then if it can be proven she could also be prosecuted (unless there is a statute of limitations problem)
