Yes, Coulter drafted the complaints and other dirty tricks. Do a search for "Paula Jones Coulter" and there's plenty of proof there. This is how Coulter became famous, as a defamer, a smear artist and highly partisan extreme rightwing liar working for such ultra-rightwing rich zealots like Mellon Scaife who financed much of the Arkansas frivolous lawsuit smear campaign against Clinton, and finances the rightwing smear site, Newsmax, which only pretends to have anything to do with "news".
