Then your daughter's acne might just force you to be a better eater :-) It shouldn't be painful. There are so many wonderful foods out there that ARE good for you, I'm sure you'll be able to find some that you like. My husband didn't used to like whole grains that much- he just sort of endured them- but we tried ALL of the bulk grains at whole foods, and it turns out he just loves the taste of the hulled barley. He eats it as a breakfast cereal. So there are good for you foods out there for ever palate- it will just take you some time and effort to find the foods that appeal to you. But I think it will be worth it in the end. If you help your daughter now, she will eat better for the rest of her life, and then in turn she will feed her children better, when she has children of her own- and it will all be because of the time you spend with her now.
