If you don't, you are sadly misinformed.

Wait for the Police Commissioner's report (I emailed the mayor and he responded that the Police Commissioner was investigating).

Do you deny that if the couple at issue had been black, that there would not be a huge outcry, and that Jesse and Big Al Sharpton would not be on the nightly talk shows decrying the cop's behavior?
