It may be a "gross invasion of privacy". I wasn't discussing that. Its not "bugging" or "wiretapping".

Bush flat-out lied that he was not eavesdropping without warrants inside the US with the NSA.

The NSA was eavesdropping on conversations with where one party was outside the country and was suspected of terrorist connections. Also phone records where collected even involving purely domestic calls. Neither of those things amounts to eavesdropping on purely domestic calls. An argument can be made that they are not good policies, and that they are an unjustified invasion of privacy, but you have done very little to advance such an argument, and making inaccurate statements about the policies only detracts from your arguments.
