Pro, the way to eliminate illegals is to make it too scary for American employers to hire them by fining and jailing the ILLEGAL employers - all over the USA. Crack down HARD!

You wouldn't even NEED a fence then, because there wouldn't be any jobs to draw the illegals HERE. The ones already here would LOSE their jobs ,not be able to get another, and would drag their OWN asses back to Mexico and their families.

All the other proposed solutions will fail, as the "cheap labor Republicans" want them to.

Re: "the proof is the actual quotes."

Of course! any 'proof' of systemic bias would be found in the actual words, (and in the selection of stories to report). Happy to look at whatever analysis you have to put forward!

Re: "As far as the other, why should I have to sit here and explain to you AGAIN that a big ol honkin fence and troops keep out illegals? What about that don't you understand."

Oh, I understand that PERFECTLY!

But it seems that YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND my two questions (I thought they were simple enough, but I guess not...), because neither has ANYTHING TO DO WITH 'FENCES'!

Here they are again, and as you can CLEARLY see they have nothing to do with the question of whether a fence is a good idea or not:

#1) Are you are *opposed* to the 'amnesty' ('earned legalization') provision of the President's plan?

(HINT for Pro --- that relates to PEOPLE WHO ARE ALREADY IN OUR COUNTRY IN VIOLATION OF THE IMMIGRATION LAWS --- so a 'fence' is rather *beside the point* as far as those people go. Even if you build a fence, they are ALREADY HERE. :)

#2) Are you ALSO opposed to his proposal to MORE THEN DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF LEGAL IMMIGRATION (& to shift our existing immigration law away from it's long-standing preference for the highly educated, the wealthy, and those with valuable commercial skills...)?

This TOO has NO CONNECTION TO ANY 'FENCES' --- because LEGAL immigrants would get to pass right through the 'fence'! :)
