Even among liberals few would rate JFK as the best president and than FDR as number two. But you are right that JFK was the better president. At least in terms of economic policy he was far better, not that being better than FDR in this regard is a very high hurdle to jump over. If 90% tax rates and threatening people with prison for providing a discount makes someone a great president in your mind, I certainly hope we can avoid any more "great presidents".
