They should still show up under wages withheld for taxes though?


No. Most (if not all?) get 1099s.

Not sure what wages withheld comprise. Is this just W-2 withholding? As stated by others, real estate commissions are via 1099 and thus no withholding.

However, real estate agents likely do make quarterly 1040-ES (estimated) tax payments. If 1040-ES tax payments are included in "wages withheld", then they would be included. But I doubt if they are since "wages withheld" implies W-2 wages, and not self employment income (real estate agents are self-employed).
