GPCB, SPPI, PHRM

This doesn't sound as if it's likely to be good news

All three of the above were up Wed. on Nasdaq and I expect GPCB to be up Thurs in Frankfurt, where the bulk of the shares trade. Still, this request is so unusual that I’m having a hard time sorting it out. Normally, the only time investors hear about this kind of DSMB decision is after the data look has occurred.

No position in any of these companies.

No, as Dew pointed out it's either very good news or very bad news. Doesn't sound like it's a tox issue as it doesn't have an urgent feel to it. So it's either futility or very good results (but not good enough to meet the stringent predetermined stopping condition). I own both SPPI and GPCB, so I'm hoping for good news.
