All their "depletion allowances" allow them to show only 15% margins and whine about it. In reality, they're ripping us off. Come on, crude supposedly went up for them too. So how is it that they made historical profits...while the rest of us are taking it in the shorts?

Percentage usage of refineries is at its highest ever......more effective, equipment utilization typically results in higher margins and more profit.
