Really what I heard is an exceptional sequence of events

You should not just listen, but analyse what promoters say Claude. This is "exceptional" bad management and unbelievable negligence!

According to the rules (Instrument 51-102, 52-107, 52-110), there should be an Audit Committee controlled by outside members of the board with the responsability of overseing all financial matters (see the information circular).

Where were these people? How many meetings they had? They should be independant from officers of the company. Hope they will report to the shareholders at the next meeting and say why that situation happened. And I hope they will mention the dates of their meetings and read the report of each meeting at the next AGM.

BCSC had very good reasons to delist CKG and management should bear all responsability and shareholders like me should be enraged by such stupid financial and business management.

If RR is a good geologist, he is a very very bad manager and should be replaced!

Let's send him in the field and let's hire a good manager.
