You may just be a bit quick calling the man an incompetent and guilty of unbelievable negligence. You don't know.

We agree that this situation is a significant problem as it stops shareholders from being able to trade the stock. But that is an Exchange related problem that has nothing to do with the internal affairs of the company.

How can you say that RR is not doing an excellent job at managing our dollars. Have you examine the last 4 years financial reports. Have you examine carefully the progress made on the ground, not counting the potential merger. As of the last interim financials, the money is still there and the progress are extremely significant. Where are the signs of bad management?

Anyway, the financials have been filed and are into the hands of the TSX. We will see how long it takes for trading to resume.
