It is very interesting what happens when a liberal becomes persona non gratta among their own. They almost invariably realize that the liberal "intelligencia" are creatures of visual arts and that the people who read and buy are conservative. They then strike out to sell books and in the process appear to become transformed from their liberal cocoon to have a moderate or a conservative voice. Just look at Bernard Goldberg who was a card carrying liberal that got blacklisted for telling the truth about media bias. He has reinvented himself as a sleuth and a moderate voice. Former bedmate to far leftie Punch Salzburg is attempting to make a similar transformation.
