I agree ... perhaps the conversation can move on. CKG will ultimately work out for investors or not, but the debate here will not determine that ... Ms. Market will have the final word, and right now she's decided that no words will be forthcoming.

When I've been in similar situations in the past I've found it very helpful to my trading to just mark to market the offending stock (in other words, take a big fat zero) and remove it from my screens. It clears the mind so that one can focus on what's really important, and that is the stocks that are actually trading. I counted on eventually hearing that the company was back up and trading ... until then, its just a huge distraction.
